December Happenings!

Fellow Bagel Fans!!

December is in full swing, our menorah is standing at the ready and our tree is a twinklin’. When I’m not working on the bagels, and the business of bagels, I’m out in the yard trying to undo what this deluge has done. We’re also a busy household with lots of dogs and chickens. So much to do.

In the meantime, I wanted to let you know I’ve opened up a couple more drops for the month.

• Saturday December 16th in the Bellevue REI parking lot @ 11:00am

• Friday December 29th in the Kirkland PCC parking lot @ 11:00am

I know it can be frustrating sometimes, as I will reserve 35 spots for orders, but they can sell out in an hour or two.

Remember, this coming Sunday the 10th at the Urban Family Brewing, I will have preorders ready for pickup at 11:00, but I’ll be making plenty of bagels for those who didn’t preorder. Just come in and grabem.

That also goes for the December 23rd at the Anchorhead coffee on Capitol Hill. Preorders to pickup, but plenty will be made for those who didn’t get a spot.

I hope to see lots of you in these coming weeks. Nothing feels better than being able to say hi in person, and handing you a bag of fresh bagels!

Oh yeah…one more thing. There’s this bagel focused newsletter out there by a guy named Sean Keely. It’s called “It’s a Shanda.” He’s a tough critic, and truly a great writer. He happened to put Hey Bagel at the top of his list in the area. I was super stoked he wrote about me and my bagels. Check it out here. There are so many good bagels to be found these days!
