This is a dream. We’re making and baking hot bagels throughout the day! On our busiest of days, 180 bagels and bialys come out of the oven every 20 minutes. If you see a line don’t worry it moves fast. As we’ve grown this year we’ve fast become a close knit team working in concert, supporting each other, and delighting in delighting you.

I, (Andrew), got in to this business for that very reason, to make folks happy.
Bagels are a simple indulgence that when executed right, can do just that.

Our bagels are made with 100% organic flour, 50% from Washington state. All are sourdough-based. We use organic ingredients when we can, like organic sesame and poppy seeds. The dough contains flour, salt, malt, and a tiny bit of yeast for insurance.

All of our bagels are vegan, unless they have cheese. We do not use any dairy or eggs in the making of the bagel dough.

Regarding allergans, we do not use any peanuts, or soy products in our bagels.

Our Vegan schmear, is a coconut based cream cheese, based on the brand Violife.
