Hey Bagel Coming to University Village!!

Hey Bagels!

I hope this message finds you all doing well. If you’ve been following along, you know that I’ve been searching for a spot for a brick and mortar. I tried and tried to find a great location on the east side. I wanted a combination of close to home, and serve a different market. While I was looking, and just not finding the right space, an opportunity came my way which I couldn’t pass up (unfortunately NOT on the east side).

With that, I’m super thrilled to announce that I’ve signed a lease at University Village! This is huge for a little guy like me. I know it can be disappointing to folks on the east side, and believe me, I tried, but this location will truly allow me to execute the plan I’ve always dreamt of.

Because of the traffic flow and volume of visitors each day, I will be able to bake throughout the day at a paced clip which will allow us to put out bagels warm to so hot they’ll melt your face. While I believe our bagels last a long time after baking there’s really nothing like the experience of right out of the oven…where you can tear into it, dip it in shmear, and share with your bestie.

Things are moving fast, and we will be opening in the late fall of this year!!!!!

I will continue to do preorder drops and popups throughout the summer, so there’s still bagels to be got!

I’m so excited, and cannot wait to host you all in the fall.

May Bagel Opportunities

While all the preorder spots for may sold out this week, I will have a few upcoming opportunities to pickup without preorders:

• This Saturday 4/27 at The Shop by Porter from 11am - 1pm
  (entrance is the corner of Seneca & 1st ave)

• Monday 5/6 - Pomegranate Redmond Hot Pop & Drop 10a - 12pm

• Saturday 5/11 - Woodinville Bodega 11a - 1pm

• Saturday 5/25 - Anchorhead Coffee Capitol Hill 11 - 1pm
