Hey Bagels!

Quick and unceremonious message. It’s been a real blur the past few weeks, and the blur continues. Finally, tomorrow at 8am we open our doors!

We have most of it dialed in, but it’s still a dance and we’re going to learn our steps on the dance floor. Our space is tight, and we plan on slinging a lot of bagels and schmear.

I do have to say that our team is so great. I’m so excited about their attitudes, camaraderie, and agility when it comes to learning. It won’t be smooth, but it will be fun.

We stay open till 6pm, and will be baking as long as we have bagels.
