Yeah, you might know that I’m a die hard Green Bay Packer fan, but my second favorite team is going to the super bowl!!! Go Hawks. So exciting. We thought we’d have some fun this Sunday, and open up preorders for pizza bialys! You can order in half dozen’s and dozen’s (the 12th man gets 12 for the price of 11). We sell out of these each day, so if you haven’t had a chance to try, it’s the perfect time! We’ll have them all ready for pickup, with instructions to reheat them for game ready deliciousness. Between all our efforts we raised over $8,000 for the Seattle Children’s Foundation, which is a fund to cover uncompensated care ensuring support for all kiddos and families.
This past Friday we ran a campaign in which we ended up providing a total of $800 split between Modern Times Cafe in Minneapolis, who is committed to providing free meals during these hard times there., and to The Central Minneapolis Fund for a broader reach. None of these are massive donations, but we hope it all ads up.
The team continues to crush it, knitting together as a group working towards a common goal. We’re still getting those silly 1 star reviews every so often because we don’t toast or slice. Oh well.
We have some new collaborations in the works for the spring and summer. Can’t wait to share.
