Hey Bagel goes to Bagelfest
Just Two Things
Hard to believe it’s almost April. This first quarter has been a blur. Feels like I say that a lot lately. We’re still so busy, and while I’ve been out of the shop working on other things lately, you can still find me slinging bagels on the weekends.
Bet you never thought this would be a thing! Bagels are having their moment worldwide. Bagelfest in NYC has been going on for a few years now. Held at Citi Field, it’s got a draw of thousands. We passed on the NY invitation last year as we were just too busy. Still busy, but now that there’s a Bagelfest West, in LA, we are stoked to be representing Washington. It’s part competition, part bagel nerd fest. We’ll be heading down April 12th, and look forward to meeting other bagelers. (and hopefully take home a prize)! Click on photo to learn more!
Last Week For Zoe’s Schmear
I’ve loved working with Zoe Kahn and bringing this shmear to everyone. Our shop is small, and we’d like to rotate some new flavors in, so it’s adieu for now. Not forever, but this is the last week to get Zoe in Seattle’s Fried Onion and Chive Shmear. We will be donating a portion of proceeds from this sales to the Good Farmer Fund to help farmers who have been adversely affected by the sever weather this year.
We have some new exciting collaborations coming in the late spring and late summer. Can’t wait to share
